Description

Command Center Service stopped on it's own and now it will not start, or stay running

Resolution

- Stop and Restart that Service for MSQL Express
- This should empty the Temp Database (TempDB) to free up space in the database
-If it is some other database that Command Center supports , you will have to drop the unwanted database tables so that you can free up the DB and then it would allow you to start the CC service.[This step should be done by reaching out to technical support team]

To verify that the Command Center service has started properly, you can do one of the following:
-Windows operating system: In Window Service console, see the status of the service
-Linux: Use the /int.d/NSCCService status command to verify that the service has started

The list of databases that Command Center supports can be found at: http://docs.citrix.com/en-us/command-center/5-2/cc-install-cc-wrapper-con/cc-install-plan-installation-con.html#cc-install-database-settings-ref-sh

Problem Cause

The database has reached it's limit due to which the Command Center is not starting.
