This article describes how to configure XenMobile Server from MDM and MAM enrollments to MDM only.
1. Remove the NetScaler Gateway configuration on XenMobile Server.
This is found under the server section.
XenMobile 10.1 - Configure > Settings > NetScaler Gateway
XenMobile 10.3 - Settings (Gear) Icon > NetScaler Gateway
2. Disable all Citrix autodiscovery configurations at CloudOps.
You can validate that there are no configurations by using the following URL:http://discovery.mdm.zenprise.com/discovery/api/j?upn=m@citrix.lab
Replace "m=citrix.lab" with the customers UPN or Email
4. Selective Wipe devices, delete them from the XenMobile Console and re-enroll.
