Description
In the "Session Details" view on Citrix Director, VDA's "Latency" is always showing "...".
Resolution
- On VDA re-register the ICA performance counters by running the below command.
- regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\System32\icaperf.dll"
- On VDA rebuild Performance counter by running below command
- C:\Windows\System32\lodctr.exe /R
- C:\Windows\SysWOW64\lodctr.exe /R
