Unable to join two storefront servers in a server group.

A storefront server can be joined to a server group only when it is a fresh install. Once any configurations are done, it cannot be joined to another configured storefront server.

Hence any additions to server group should be done before configuring it.

1. In a fresh install, when the console is open select Join to existing server group.
2. Once that is selected it asks for Authorizing server and code, which can be taken from the server on which the new server need to be added.

Note: This option doesn't come if we configure storefront manually.
