XenMobile does not recognize licenses installed on a remote license server.
The ZDM.log file shows that cached license has expired and XenMobile temporary license expires after 30 days.
Telnet from XenMobile server to licensing server over 7279 fails and netstat on licensing server shows that the licensing daemon is using port 7279.
Complete the following steps to resolve this issue:
Reallocate XenMobile MDM licenses.
Change V6 enabled to false on ew-config file (C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\XenMobile Device Manager\tomcat\webapps\zdm\WEB-INF\classes\ew-config), restart XenMobile Device Manager service. Change V6 enable to true on ew-config file and restart XenMobile Device Manager service. If this does not help, go to Step 2.
Install patch from article http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX141377 and restart XenMobile Device Manager service.
Open firewall to allow TCP traffic to 7279 on the licensing server.
