Citrix Studio is unable to connect to the XenDesktop Site as it can not connect to the Database.
Change the Logon Account of the SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS) service to a Domain User account with Full rights in SQL - and start the service successfully.
SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS) service was not running - when trying to Start this service, it errored out with login failure. Connection Leasing was taking place to keep environment up and running but the leases expired.
