Consider the following scenario. There are two sites IN GSLB - production and disaster recovery. Production is already working with the StoreFront integration behind it. Customer wanted to test the disaster recovery site using the same URL that resolves to the NetScaler Gateway VIP, creating the Local host entry and wants to test with the same StoreFront as behind the NetScalers.
When testing, after authentication the following error message is displayed:
There are no apps available at this time .Please check the server an try again
From the StoreFront server, pinging the NetScaler Gateway FQDN resolves to the production NetScaler Gateway VIP and not the backup Netscaler Gateway VIP.
The following is recommended to resolve this issue:
