XenDesktop 7.6: VDA is not registering in the DDC.
Resolution
- Disable Auto Update controller policy from the controller.
- Delete the following file: C:/ProgramData/Citrix/PVSAgent/LocallyPersistedData/BrokerAgentInfo/SavedListOFDDCs.xml
- Restart Citrix Desktop service, and it should find the correct list of DDC and get registered with correct one.
Problem Cause
Enable Auto Update controller policy enabled from the delivery controller.
