After failing to join a DDC to site subsequent attempts fail with error "You do not have the necessary permissions on the remote site to perform this join operation."

1. Remove DDC from the database using the evict script http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX139505.
2. Verify it is no longer in database by checking the *.services tables.
3. Uninstall Xendesktop from DDC.
4. Install XenDesktop.
5. Join controller to site.

Problem Cause

Install failed first time for unknown reason leaving the database and DDC in a partially configured state.
