While installing the XA 7.6.300 with domain admin account, the following error is thrown - IcaConfigConsole.exe failed with error code -4
In the installation log file you may find:
Error: Failed to configure component 'ICA for Remote Desktop Services'.
Config tool C:\Program Files\Citrix\ICAConfigTool\IcaConfigConsole.exe failed with error code -4
Resolution
Domain admin account should not be a part of the Local users group, and by removing the domain admin account from there, the setup ran successfully.
Re-add the domain admin to local users group after the installation.
