The following warning is displayed in the Event Viewer:
Gateway data from the request and the authentication token are not matching.
Complete the following troubleshooting steps:
Confirm that 'Authentication Method' in enabled on both 'Authentication' as well as "Receiver for Web' node in StoreFront.
In StoreFront > NetScaler Gateway node > Change General Settings, remove the SNIP/MIP (unless it is necessary).
If using single FQDN for StoreFront and NetScaler Gateway, ensure that the internal beacon is configured instead of using Service Address.
Navigate to Store and select Configure Store settings > Advanced Settings. Once there you uncheck Require token consistency option:
