App Center policies does not reboot the server at specified time.
Complete the following steps to troubleshoot this issue:
Ensure that you are using the latest version for Group Policy Client Side Extension and Group Policy Management. Refer to http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX139313 and http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX141471.
Use the tool Citrix Policy Reporter - RSOP CtxCseUtil on the servers affected, to identify the policy that is interfering with the other policies.
Recreate that policy to fix this issue.
The cause of this issue was the conflict between the domain policies and the IMA level policies. As the domain polices take priority over the IMA or App Center policies, the reboot policies created will never take effect if the domain policies are not disabled or deleted.
