Unable to access NetScaler GUI through HTTP. But able to access the Netscaler GUI using https.

To resolve this issue enable access to NetScaler GUI through HTTP by disabling Secure only option on NSIP.

From NetScaler configuration utility, navigate to System > Network > IPs > Edit (NSIP) and uncheck Secure Access only check-box.

Now you shouldl be able to access NSIP over http and https protocol considering both port 80 and 443 are open in the network for NSIP.

Problem Cause

The SecureOnly option is enabled on the NSIP.
