How to Renew Citrix Partner Memberships

Description
- Navigate to www.citrix.com and Sign in to the My Account page with your Citrix credentials.
- On the main Dashboard page, select Update My Profile located on the left-hand side of page.
- Select the Program Memberships tab.
- Locate the Program Name and click the link under “ACTION”.
- If your renewal or reapplication has not been approved, you will not have the “Renew” or “Reapply” button visible below the Action column.
- Once link is selected, follow the prompts.
- For further assistance with program membership, please submit a request directly to Partner Support through the Program contacts for partners Page.
Issue/Introduction
Program membership renewals and/or requests to re-apply may be completed online by the Organization Administrator or Location Administrator (if applicable).
Additional Information
If the action of the membership renewal is Pending without any clarification, contact your renewal sales representative.
