Resolution

In order to fix this issue please follow the below steps:
  1. Open PowerShell
  2. Type asnp citrix*
  3. Run Get-BrokerCatalog | Select Name
  4. Note the name of the desired catalog for deletion
  5. Run Remove-BrokerCatalog -Name "catalogname"
  6. Run Get-BrokerCatalog | Select Name a second time to validate the catalog is no longer present
  7. Refresh Citrix Studio

Problem Cause

-Ghost machine accounts were associated with the catalog in the database but not in Studio
