Error ID XDDS:17647403  “The supplied address for the compute resource is invalid.” appears when attempting to add host connection in XenDesktop 7.6.

1. Verify the host can be reached via IP and DNS by browsing to the host http address from the controller.
2. Verify the host certificated has been installed on the XenDesktop Controller.
3. Verify the credentials to connect to the host are correct and the host can validate the credentials with Active Directory.
