Non-published Google Chrome browser on XenApp server, called and launched from any published app, is seen in black/grey screen

Resolution

The command line parameter has to be added to registry shell open command for the Chrome browser.

 

1.       Open Regedit

2.       Navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\http\shell\open\command

3.       Edit the Default value as follows

 

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" -allow-no-sandbox-job --disable-gpu -- "%1"
