The description for Event ID 5 from source Citrix Director Service cannot be found.

Error on the VDA:- the RPC server is unavailable of type system.runtime.interopservices.comexception. Found PicaSvc process was not running. In the services we found that Citrix ICA service is also on the stopped state. Tried starting it and it displayed the error "Windows could not start the Citrix ICA service on local computer Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly." Remove Authenticated Users group from the local administrators group and then start the ICA Service using the Local Service account. Permissions don't allow for this config Started Citrix ICA service it started successfully. Restarted Citrix Dekstop service, started successfully, and got registered with the DDCs.

Authenticated Users group was added to the local administrators group. Due to this, the Citrix ICA service was not starting.
