This article describes how to configure RMA'ed NetScaler SDX to work with existing SDX.

Instructions

  1. Logged to appliance through console.
  2. Then logged in with super user to configure the IP and once we were in SU prompt, we did below to assign the ip > xsconsole and then change the network and management interface and assigned the XenServer ip.
  3. Then logged in to default ip of SVM to allocate ip to SVM >Ssh nsroot@169.254.0.10.
  4. Go to networkconfig and assigned the ip to SVM and default gateway.
  5. After doing the above change we brought the SDX up and were able to login to SVM via http through browser.
  6. Then configured LACP on SDX and provisioned the instances individually all 4 of them.
  7. Synced the configuration from active node for all 4 instances and 4 instances up and running and in line with active node.
