Citrix Credential Wallet Service and Citrix Peer Resolution Service do not start

Description
On the Citrix storefront services console, the Citrix Peer Resolution Service and the Citrix Credential Wallet services stay in stopped state, wouldn't start even if we start manually
Resolution
1. Validate if the following accounts are listed under local administrators group(Local Users and Groups > Groups, right-click on Administrators and choose Properties), If the accounts don't exist, add them
- NT SERVICE\CitrixClusterService
- NT SERVICE\CitrixConfigurationReplication
2. Go to services console and attempt to restart the Citrix Peer Resolution Service and Citrix Credential Wallet services.
3. If they still do not start, run the following command on the server(s):
sc.exe config NetTcpPortSharing start= demand
4. Go back to services console and restart the Citrix Peer Resolution Service and the Citrix Credential Wallet services.
Issue/Introduction
In Services, the Citrix Peer Resolution Service and the Citrix Credential Wallet services would not start.
