NetScaler OPSWAT EPA scan fails for Windows 10 however the same scan works on Windows 8.1.

Resolution

To resolve this issue upgrade to NetScaler Gateway 11.0 64.34 or later builds.

Problem Cause

OPSWAT library in NetScaler 10.5 and earlier does not support Windows 10.
