Description
Unable to launch published desktop through ICA. It temporarily hangs at "Connection Established. Negotiating Capabilities" and then closes.

To resolve this issue delete the following registry keys on the VDA:
- HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers\Connectivity
- HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers\Configuration
Problem Cause
Display enumeration for VDA is causing the problem.
