HA state for secondary shows as NOT up
Resolution
Check the following :
1. Both nodes should be same hardware and software.
2. RPC node on both nodes should be same. (till 11.0 xx)
3. Connectivity on port 3009 3011.
4. Any down interfaces on NetScaler should not have HA monitoring enabled.
