Description

While trying to access Internal Links or external links with Split Tunnel ON, gets error message as: 'Could not find hostname'

Resolution

Make sure Intranet Application is configured with range of IPs or subnet allowed to access through tunnel on the NetScaler Gateway.
Add DNS suffix of XMS FQDN, internal sites as DNS suffix on NetScaler Gateway.
