When users log on to a XenApp session, they receive the following warning pop-up: 

"This product is using a retail license for Citrix XenApp. This license expires in x day(s). Please contact your MIS department or Citrix system administrator.

The unauthorized use of software is a criminal offense. To learn about or report software piracy, visit the Software & Information Industry Association at www.siia.net."

1. Add new Citrix XenApp licenses to C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Licensing\MyFiles\
2. Remove expiring Citrix XenApp licenses from C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Licensing\MyFiles\
3. On the Citrix License Server, select the Administration dashboard, then select Server Configuration.
4. Click Reread Licenses.
5. Reboot affected Citrix XenApp servers.

Problem Cause

The Citrix XenApp licenses on the Citrix License Server are either expiring soon, or new licenses have not been re-read after being placed in the MyFiles license server folder.
