We have a XenMobile environment and we can enroll iOS devices and deploy applications successfully. However, when we use an Android device, the enrollment completes successfully, but applications will not install. On the Android device the applications are greyed out with a spinner and there is a message from Secure Hub stating that "Connection failed due to a security policy".
The following error is recorded in Secure Hub:

To resolve this issue remove CA from LB VIP and link the server certificate with the full chain (server cert - interm1 - interm2 - root).
