Error: "SHTP0003: A required parameter is missing. User or Password missing" on Secure Hub

Description
We have a XenMobile environment and we can enroll iOS devices and deploy applications successfully. However, when we use an Android device, the enrollment completes successfully, but applications will not install. On the Android device the applications are greyed out with a spinner and there is a message from Secure Hub stating that "Connection failed due to a security policy".
The following error is recorded in Secure Hub:

Resolution
To resolve this issue remove CA from LB VIP and link the server certificate with the full chain (server cert - interm1 - interm2 - root).
Problem Cause
The user had a set of intermediate certificates bound to the LB VIP for port 443 MDM LB, that did not match the chain formed by Entrust Entity.
Entrust formed a different chain to trust the certificate and NetScaler LB VIP was forming an untrusted chain.
