When trying to access the backend web server that has been hosted through NetScaler, the following error is displayed:
Page cannot be displayed

This was an issue with the backend server. The backend sever was not supporting the cipher suites that were being used by the client (NetScaler) for SSL communication. 

Problem Cause

The SSL connection between the NetScaler SNIP and the backend server is failing as the Cipher suites between the client and server of SSL handshake do not match.
