Description
Environment was working fine before applying Rollup Pack 2 for XenApp 6.0. No new printer drivers have been introduced to the environment since installing XenApp Rollup Pack 2. The Citrix Print Manager Service (CPSVC.exe) crashes intermittently at random through out the day after updating to Rollup Pack 2 for XenApp 6.0.
Resolution
Install a hotfix that has LA3580, LA3575, and LA5682. Currently that is: CTX141332 - LIMITED RELEASE - Hotfix XA600R02W2K8R2X64069- For Citrix XenApp 6.0 for Windows Server 2008 R2 - English
