Error: "Event 1001 - The Computer Has Rebooted From A Bugcheck. The Bugcheck Was 0x000000c2" in XenApp 7.6

Description
The VDA servers crashes with BugCheck error and reboots automatically to recover from the crash. The following error message is displayed "Event 1001 - The Computer Has Rebooted From A Bugcheck. The Bugcheck Was 0x000000c2"
Resolution
Install the recommended fix: CTX142640 - Hotfix ICATS760WX64032 - For VDA Core Services 7.6 for Windows Server OS (64-bit) on the VDA server(s) / golden image. This contains the fix for the following error: "The Citrix ICA Transport Driver received an invalid Transport packet on port 2598."
Also, capture a Kernel dump when/if the BugCheck re-occurs on any VDA server agents.
Problem Cause
The following events appear on the VDA server that crashed:
25/09/2015 3:02:17 PM, BugCheck, Event 1001
"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was 0x000000c2."
Event 1016, TdIca (frequent occurence)
"The Citrix ICA Transport Driver received an invalid Transport packet on port 2598."
