Some Citrix Policies are not applying as expected. In particular a policy to block local printer redirection to the VDIs does not appear to be applying anymore. The VDI's event viewer lists:

"The Citrix Workstation Agent service was unable to apply computer policies" Error Details: Call to CitrixProcessGroupPolicy failed, errorcode=126.

Verify that the .NET Framework software version installed is consistent and matching for all applications in the environment. If they are different, it is possible Citrix policies may not apply correctly or may not be effective.
