Description
Citrix Director Licensing Status shows "Cannot Retrieve the Data".
Resolution
Test 1. On the Director server, open an elevated CMD and run: winrm qc Answer “Yes” to any queries… Then Restart IIS.
Test 2. Turn off Windows firewall, but leave the firewall service running.
Test 3. Disable any Anti-Virus.
Test 4. Move the Director machine to a Blocked OU, reboot.
