Description

You may experience erratic mouse behavior when accessing published applications while using multiple monitors. (the mouse may not align properly)
This usually occurs when 1 or more of the monitors are used are High DPI display. (Dots Per Inch)

Resolution

Follow the instructions below:

Go to Control Panel
Select Display
Select the check box "Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays"

Problem Cause

Issue is caused by applications unable to properly scale High-DPI displays.
