Description
After NetScaler HA failover to the secondary node, the load balanced services do not come UP.
Resolution
Verify if the vLAN configuration on the switch or the cables from the secondary NetScaler is wrongly connected for interface 1/1 and 1/2.
Examine nic_cur_ha_MAC and verify if the MAC address of 1/1 of primary node is being learnt on 1/2 of secondary node and 1/2 MAC address of primary is being learnt on 1/1 of secondary node.If there is a vLAN segregation both on NetScaler and switch then the MAC address of 1/1 of primary node should understand the MAC address of 1/1 of secondary node and vice versa.
To resolve this issue, correct the vLAN switch configuration where the secondary NetScaler is connected.
