The password field is missing from NetScaler Gateway login page after an upgrade.

Whenever an upgrade is performed the following steps should be completed if customizations are performed on the NetScaler Gateway login pages.

1. Close all instances of browsers to flush the cached files, this applies to both the NetScaler GUI and the NetScaler Gateway login pages.

2. If there are customizations on NetScaler Gateway login page, these must be removed prior to the upgrade.

3. The customizations zip file should be created after the upgrade.

Also when upgrading to NetScaler Gateway 10.5 this issue occurs mainly because the JavaScript function for displaying the password fields has changed from "ns_showpwd" to "ns_showpwd_default" and to "ns_showpwd_greenbubble" in case of Green bubble theme.

So the best practice is to apply the customizations in the new index.html page, which is part of new build rather than using the old files (html files) from older build.
