Description
High Availability heartbeats are not shown on all the NetScaler interfaces.
Resolution
Complete the following troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue:
- Examine the NetScaler configuration. Configuration issues are the most likely cause of these symptoms.
- Examine the NetScaler counters and ensure that CPU usage is normal. For information on NetScaler CPU counters refer to CTX133887 - NetScaler System Counters.
- Run the following commands to ensure that the heartbeats are flowing smoothly between the peer nodes which can be determined by counter increment:
shell
cd /var/nslog
nsconmsg -K newnslog -f ha_tot_pkt_rx -f ha_tot_pkt_tx -d current - Run the following command to verify if the CPU usage is normal:
stat system cpu
