High Availability heartbeats are not shown on all the NetScaler interfaces.

Complete the following troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue:

1. Examine the NetScaler configuration. Configuration issues are the most likely cause of these symptoms.
2. Examine the NetScaler counters and ensure that CPU usage is normal. For information on NetScaler CPU counters refer to CTX133887 - NetScaler System Counters.
3. Run the following commands to ensure that the heartbeats are flowing smoothly between the peer nodes which can be determined by counter increment:
   shell
   cd /var/nslog
   nsconmsg -K newnslog -f ha_tot_pkt_rx -f ha_tot_pkt_tx -d current
4. Run the following command to verify if the CPU usage is normal:
   stat system cpu
