How to get the icons to enumerate consistently and correctly so that the desired icons appear for the user.

Scenario:
The Citrix Admin has changed the icon associated with a published app, and while the icon now shows correctly for users who access it for the first time, the users who had been using this app prior still get the old icon.  There is a cache for the Receiver that can be cleared so the users can get the correct icon.  We would rather not have to remove and re-install the clients to achieve this goal.


Instructions

1. Open Windows Explorer
2. Go to C:\Users\%User%\AppData\Local\Temp
3. 
Delete icon cache files (.ico)
