Description
Black Screen appears while launching Remote PC Windows 7 or virtual desktop. Screen freezes and then a black screen appears. Poor graphic experience is also noted after the update to XenDesktop 7.
Resolution
To resolve this issue you can create a new policy or edit a current one with the following settings:

Disable Desktop Composition redirection.

Enable Legacy graphic mode.
The graphics setting is now converted to the configuration of XenDesktop 5.6.
