Description
The following error is generated when upgrading to StoreFront 2.x:
"Error Cannot upgrade Storefront for Receiver for HTML5
Use the Citrix HTML5 HDX Engine Configuration tool to remove Receiver from HTML5 from all currently configured Receiver for Web sites. Then, uninstall Receiver for HTML5 and try again."
Resolution
Uninstall the HTML5 Engine and re-install StoreFront.
To uninstall the component, go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Program Features.
Problem Cause
The HTML5 Engine software was only for versions StoreFront 1.x as a separate installation.If a previous build had the HTML5 added separately, it must be removed before proceeding with the upgrade.
