Run the following commands in Powershell:

Note 1: If snap-ins have not been previously added, it is required to run the asnp citrix* command first before running the following Powershell commands: 

1. Get-ConfigRegisteredServiceInstance -ServiceType "Broker" | Unregister-ConfigRegisteredServiceInstance
2. Get-BrokerServiceInstance | Register-ConfigServiceInstance (on each controller).
3. Reboot all DDCS
4. Click the Start the automatic Site upgrade button in Studio again.

 

Note 2:
Do take a back up of the database before running the upgrade.
