Description

A user connects with Citrix Receiver through Citrix Secure Gateway to a XenApp published desktop. After the connection is established and the desktop is fully loaded, the user tries to access the locally mapped drives for their session. While browsing the drives the session disconnects.

Note: This could also occur with published applications.

Resolution

To resolve this issue update to the latest Citrix Secure Gateway Version (3.3.2) and apply the correct path to XenApp's Session Reliability (XTE) service in the registry of the server.

The fixes from update 3.3.2 are:

  1. After installing Secure Gateway 3.3 Update 1 (SGE330W001), the Secure Gateway Diagnostics tool shows an incorrect product version (3.3.05) for the Secure Gateway when you expand the Secure Gateway Global Settings.

This issue is caused by Secure Gateway when used in combination with XenApp's Session Reliability (XTE) service.
