Description

When an application is launched from an HTML5 compatible browser, the following error message is displayed on the Citrix Receiver:

Background

Application enumeration works when NetScaler is deployed with a dual hop setup and authentication is setup on a primary NetScaler appliance that is accessed through Access Gateway virtual server.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, upgrade to NetScaler Gateway 10.1 124.13nc.

Note: NetScaler Gateway fails when users try to open applications through an HTML5 compatible browser in a dual hop demilitarized zone (DMZ) configuration with an application store website configured for HTML5.
