Important: On systems where Windows Installer 4.5 was installed manually rather than as part of a Windows update, a console upgraded with this release fails to launch. As a workaround, uninstall the existing Delivery Services Console before upgrading to this release. The issue is not present with fresh installs of the console from this release.
Before installing or upgrading from an earlier version of this component, you must install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable package, unless present. Failure to do so can cause the console to exit unexpectedly.
Caution! This release may require you to edit the registry. Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.

Policies can be lost. This happens when the policy file is corrupted and truncated as a result of high memory consumption by Delivery Services Console or PowerShell, which can occur when you modify policies in scenarios with a large number of configured policies.
To enable this fix, install both a Delivery Services Console hotfix (DSCXAMX600W011 or its replacement) and a Group Policy Management Console hotfix (DSCXAGPMx100WX86012; DSCXAGPMx100WX64012, or their replacements) that contains Fix #LA5385.

New XenApp policies and changes to existing XenApp policies are not saved if policies are being created or modified from multiple consoles by different administrators at the same time.
