The Citrix Print Manager Service (CpSvc.exe) can consume up to 100% of the server CPU.
[From XA600R02W2K8R2X64069][#LC0206]
Multiple references to the same network printer can appear in a session. The redundant references typically contain the word "Session."
[From XA600R02W2K8R2X64005][#LA2063]
A NULL pointer can cause the Citrix Print Manager Service (CpSvc.exe) to exit unexpectedly.
[From XA600R02W2K8R2X64019][#LA3575]
The Citrix Print Manager Service (CpSvc.exe) process might exit unexpectedly.
[From XA600R02W2K8R2X64019][#LA3580]
Session printers are not deleted when connecting from different end points that are subject to different printing policies. The issue occurs because the Citrix Print Manager Service (CpSVc.exe) does not honor policy changes during session reconnection, including the deletion of printers that are no longer required under any newly applicable policies upon reconnection. This enhancement introduces support for the following registry key that, if set, enables the deletion of session printers upon reconnect if policies dictate that they are no longer required:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\Ica\PrintingSettings
Name: DeleteNetworkPrinters
Type: REG_DWORD
Data: 1 (to enable deletion of unnecessary session printers)
[From XA600R02W2K8R2X64045][#LA2003]
The creation of network printers might fail with Event ID 1114.
[From XA600R02W2K8R2X64045][#LA2572]
When reconnecting to a disconnected session from a different client device, autocreated printers from the previous instance of the session are not deleted; instead, they are available alongside any printers mapped from the second client device.
[From XA600R02W2K8R2X64045][#LA3837]
After reconnecting to a session running on a XenApp 6 server with Hotfix Rollup Pack 2 installed, printing can be delayed - in some cases by more than 30 seconds.
[From XA600R02W2K8R2X64045][#LA4798]
The Citrix Print Manager Service (CpSvc.exe) process might exit unexpectedly.
[From XA600R02W2K8R2X64059][#LA5682]
When reconnecting to a session with the "Legacy printer names" policy enabled, printing can be slow.
[From XA600R02W2K8R2X64063][#LC0232]
The Citrix Print Manager Service (CpSvc.exe) process might exit unexpectedly.
