New Fixes in This Release

  1. The XenApp Role Manager can display an exception error when using the XenApp Server Configuration Tool to image XenApp with the EdgeSight Agent.

    [From XASCT120W2K8R2X64003][#254368]

  2. This enhancement makes the XenApp Server Configuration Tool compatible with the SQL Server 2012 Native Client.

    [From XASCT120W2K8R2X64003][#LA3975]

  3. Running the XenAppConfigConsole.exe with the options - /ExecutionMode:ImagePrep and /ClearLocalDatabaseInformation:True fails to remove the failover partner entry in the DSN file.

    [From XASCT120W2K8R2X64003][#LA5772]

Fixes from Replaced Hotfixes

  1. XenApp server configuration fails when using the Server Configuration Tool if you chose not to install XenApp Management as part of the XenApp 6.5 installation. Instead, the following error message appears:

"A parameter cannot be found that matches parameter name 'localgpo'."

    [From XASCT120W2K8R2X64001][#LA1334]

  2. Version 1.2 of the Server Configuration Tool exits unexpectedly in the XenApp Server Role manager wizard when entering credentials for SQL server if the policy "Require trusted path for credential entry" is enabled by way of a GPO.

Important Note : After applying this fix, the SQL Server authentication window is missing the domain name. When entering credentials without the domain name, there is a slight chance that the IMA Service will fail to start. To avoid this rare condition, make sure to enter the domain name along with to user name when authenticating to SQL Server.

    [From XASCT120W2K8R2X64002][#LA3851]
