Provisioning Services (PVS) Server target devices streamed to a vSphere Virtual Machine displays a blue screen with KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE when cache is set on RAM.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, complete the following steps:

  1. Open the Virtual Machine properties.

  2. Go to Options > Advanced.

  3. Select Memory/CPUHotplugDisable memory hot add for this virtual machine.
