Citrix Systems, Inc. announces a Notice of Status Change for version 9.x of the NetScaler operating software. This announcement marks the beginning of the lifecycle management phase of 9.x software release.
The tables below explain the Citrix NetScaler life cycle management milestones as well as important information regarding dates and support options during this period. The dates and milestones provided are in accordance with the policies of the NetScaler operating system at the time of the software release and are in accordance with stated End of Life/End of Support policies for Citrix Systems, Inc.

| End of Maintenance (EOM) | The date on which technical Support will transition from full support (i.e.product fixes and/or minor enhancements) to limited support (i.e. phone assistance). | October 30, 2014 |
| End of Life date (EOL) | The EOL milestone signals the point at which phone support is no longer available for a particular software release family. At this time, the software images will be removed from the corresponding download site(s) and will no longer be actively supported.
