Attempts to publish an application to a worker group whose name contains a space (for example, worker group) might fail.
[From XCCME150W001][#LA3533]
When using SCCM to publish an application to a single worker group in an environment with multiple worker groups that have the same name, the application is published to all farms.
[From XCCME150W001][#LA3725]
If you delete a published application from the AppCenter while the application continues to be present under XenApp Publications in the SCCM 2007 R2 Configuration Manager, SCCM 2007 R2 fails to republish the application the next time the Publication service runs. The issue does not occur if you modify the application's properties using SCCM 2007 R2, effectively creating a delta between the two application instances.
