Please note that invoices can no longer be obtained directly through the Citrix portal. Customers will now receive their invoices as part of the standard Order-to-Cash workflow via email.
If an invoice is needed after the transaction:

For Citrix-processed orders: Customers may contact Citrix Customer Service via Live Chat for assistance.

For orders processed through Arrow: Customers or partners should reach out geo specific Arrow team for invoice-related support.
