Where is the Product Upgrades/Fulfillment toolbox?
The Product Upgrades/Fulfillment toolbox has been renamed to Rescind Licenses (located under

Licensing) to more accurately describe the functionality of the toolbox.
 
Where do I go to version upgrade my Citrix products?
Log in to My Account and navigate to Licensing > select Rescind Licenses > select Version Upgrade

What can I do within the Version Upgrade Options tool?
Version Upgrades are provided to Citrix customers as a benefit of Subscription Advantage (SA), Software Maintenance or Customer Success Services Membership.  In general, Version upgrades of Citrix products require a customer to simply download an update to their existing allocation file.  This option allows customers to:

  • Simply identify all version upgrade options available to your company.
  • Easily select the version upgrade option one wishes to execute against.
  • Clearly present the specific licenses that need to be exchanged to complete a version upgrade.
  • Quickly select for replacement of existing licenses and receive fresh licenses in exchange.
  • Print off confirmations and record transactions for historical reporting.

Once completed, customers will be directed to download the latest media that the version upgraded licenses will enable.
Note: As of July 1, 2017, SA is End-of-Sale and End-of-Renewal. Customers must upgrade to the new Citrix Customer Success Services Program. Contact your renewal sales representative.

Purchase Upgrades are available to any existing Citrix customer interested in increasing the features and

functionality of their existing Citrix deployment. Customers can choose to edition upgrade

(such as XenDesktop – Enterprise to XenDesktop – Platinum), or take advantage of any trade-up promotions

currently running (such as Trade-Up to XenDesktop 4 Program).  This option allows you to:

  • Simply identify all purchase upgrade options available to your company.
  • Easily select the purchase upgrade option you wish to execute against.
  • Clearly present the specific licenses that need to be upgraded to support your purchase order.
  • Quickly identify existing licenses that will be rescinded by Citrix upon delivery of  upgraded licenses.
  • Print off confirmations and record your transaction.

Upgrade Options.  Select the “Trade Up to XenDesktop 4 Program” from the drop down menu.  Then

select the licenses you wish to upgrade from the displayed list and click submit.
 
How do I create a list of licenses for which I want to upgrade family edition?
Log in to My Account and navigate to  Licensing > select Rescind Licenses > and select  Purchase

Upgrade Options.  Select the appropriate Upgrade Program from the drop down menu.  Then

select the licenses you wish to upgrade from the displayed list and click submit.
