Pagefile Redirection Not Working in Provisioning Services

Description
Pagefile redirection is not working and displays the following message:
Error - “Windows created a temporary paging file on your computer because of a problem that occurred with your paging file configuration when you started your computer. The total paging files size for all disk drives may be somewhat larger than the size you specified.”
Resolution
Disable the setting or remove GPOs forcing BitLocker Driver Encryption based on the Microsoft article BitLocker Group Policy Settings.
Problem Cause
Group Policy is enabled to force the bitLocker Driver Encryption on the pagefile on the system drive.
